Alert Notification Email Blasting Software

I am in need of a software solution or panel specifically designed to increase deliverability of alert notification emails. The primary focus of this project is to create a platform that will allow me to effectively manage and send large volumes of alert notification emails without being flagged as spam. Here are some specific things I am looking for in this software:

- Preservation of high deliverability rates: The purpose of this software is to ensure that our alert notification emails land in the recipients inbox without fail.

- Bulk email sending capabilities: We send out numerous alert notifications to our subscribers every day. I need a platform that can handle this load efficiently.

Although I skipped the previous question, the software should ideally be flexible enough to integrate with numerous ESP's in the future. Preference will be given to developers who have experience in similar projects and a strong understanding of ESPs, spam filters and high volume email sending best practices.
