Airtable automation

We are using Airtable for our CRM and generate purchase and sales contracts. Currently we are manually saving the contracts and upload them in Airtable then manually send them to our suppliers/buyers. We would like someone to write an script where if we save a purchase/sales contract it will automatically upload the file in Airtable and email a copy to the suppliers and cc ourselves
