Airtable Urgent Help

I have already made an air table DB and using it. It's related to retailers. I made a table Orders, Retailer List, Retailers Paymens, Retalilers debt table. I just couldn't handle "Retailers table" . I am entering orders which is - debt, I am entering payments to payments and it's + debt. In Retailers Current status table I want to see my situation with that retailer. If I made orders my current situation with that retailer needs be 5K (for example) and once I make payment to them like 2K so my debt to them needs to be 3K and I need to see that in airtable.

That's simple request. I want it asap.
