Agentless Network Discovery

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to develop an agentless network discovery tool. The purpose of this tool is to identify all devices on the network, without the need for installing any software agents on the devices.
Key Requirements:
- The tool should be able to accurately identify all devices on a large network with more than 200 devices.
- It should provide information about each device, such as IP address, MAC address, device type,OS, and manufacturer.
- The tool should be able to scan the network periodically to ensure that any new devices are discovered.
- It should be able to handle a variety of network types, including wired and wireless networks.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies.
- Experience in developing network discovery tools or similar network management software.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or.Net.
- Familiarity with network scanning and enumeration techniques.
- Ability to handle large-scale networks and efficiently process the collected data.
