Affiliate Network Emulation Script

I'm in need of a script that emulates the functionality of established affiliate network programs such as tradetracker, awin, or commission junction. Not looking for person to create from scratch. You should already have or know a script that fulfills these requirements. If you do not have or have not created such a script, then your ability to find one is what I am looking for not software developer
