Admin Setup - Build Products

ADMIN SECTION: The Purpose of the Admin section is to build a product that can be sold on a website, social media or through a custom web link. This project is just to build the Product interface and connect it to a shopping cart. I’m expecting the developer to present a solution to do that taking into account the information in this document. I’m expecting the developer to review this information and make recommendations about how to build this Admin section that will create the products we want to sell. Those products should be available for distribution through FB Business + Instagram Business + Website + Custom Web Link.

Create an Admin section (accessible through the website / admin sub domain) to build products that can be purchased on website + FB + Instagram.
Admin -- add products, modify all aspects. Build the product inside the admin and post it to Website + FB + Instagram + Send as a private link. Save / Promote / Send to List (see below – description).
Product Template: Overview: we will have basic products and customized products. All of the products we want to use a standard template that will have the following information:
Product Name
Product Description
Product Terms and Conditions

Guest 1: (Each guest Name should appear)
Date of Birth
Upload Passport Photo
Passport Number
Email Address (auto populate from other location)
Cell Phone Number
Shirt Size (American Sizes -- S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL)
Hat Size
Shoe Size
Favorite Sports Team

Shopping Cart: Present this in a shopping cart – include multiple templates in one product solution - add other products to select at checkout.

Creating a product confirm:
All data elements to be turned on or turned off.
Can Edit Text in existing data fields
Forms built so that more data fields can be added
All forms should be responsive and work on tablets, latptop, phone
All templates can be stored and saved.
Can add payment options including deposit, pay later, pay in full, customize options (charge CC over period of time), non-refundable deposits, Discount, Coupon Discount (Coupon Discount or any Discount should only be connected to a private sub domain).
All forms should manage / control accounting of each reservation
All Templates should be able to start / Save / go back to / Reuse / Copy / Customize.

Pricing for All templates: There could be multiple options:
Per Person rate structures: COST
Room
Airport Transportation
Daily Transportation
Food + Beverage
Commission 1
Commission 2
User Defined Fields – Create 50 UDF – so we can add expenses or customize expenses
Then – ADD a section that contemplates MARGIN – For example – if ALL costs are X and we want a 40% margin then the form will have a place to identify that amount create a retail amount that includes the margin
Custom Pricing: Just create a flat rate Retail Number


Build a Multi-Person Entry FORM –
Title of form: Is your Team Ready to Play – Send them a note to gauge their level of interest. Basically – allow a person to cut and paste as many emails as they have into a box and send out an electronic email to the group asking them to register.
Data elements for this would include:
Name of Group (Team Name)
Coach - First Name / Last Name
Assistant Coach - First Name / Last Name
Team Logo: (Upload high resolution logo).
Name + Email Address
Text Box that allows a person to create text to send to the group.
User Defined Fields
Use MailChimp API

Set up account / Continue as guest
Connect with payment gateway. To review the code please click here: https://github.com/braintree/braintree_php. Use the Customer Vault to store all information. Turn on all options.

Submit Form Information: Interactive form that allows a person to add , save, update, etc a form with group information. Form should have unlimited number of data entry points. Save templates for later. Name a template so you can go back and retrieve it.
