Add picture category identifier - using visual classifier

We would like an AI tool to help identify what category of learning is going on in the video - which will help towards determining the "microcategory" of the clip/video. Howclip.com
During uploading of videos to howclip, there is an area which requires users to select or add "microcategories" which is a parent/child multi-level category management tool
