hi, i need to develop a rest api for Google TTS.

with the following things:
1. Host it on our server
2. A config file (just like the one u created last time with all the variables).
3. The configuration should not be accessible via the API
The user only uploads the text file and gets the MP3. That’s all. (No PDF and no SSML at all)
We should be able to edit the config file in the backend on our own.
