APIs for NFT marketplace

Need a blockchain developer that can help build APIs to integrate with an NFT marketplace. As a Product Manager for this project, I have built the High-Level Design and have an Algorithm designed for the desired calculation. I need a blockchain developer who can help build the Low-Level design and, thereafter, implement the code to build APIs (including the implementation of the said algorithm).
