Enthusiastic Salesperson for online fitness business
Budget: $50 – $0 AUD
The successful candidate will be working in a startup project, Movin Mummas. Movin Mummas is an online personal trainer, specialising in helping Mums take back control of their health, without complex workouts, over-zealous food plans, and without adding stress to already overbirdened mums.
We currently generate most of our leads through FB Ads, set appointments ManyChat, and sell online.
The successful candidate will have excellent emotional intelligence, charisma, and be able to make our Mums trust our process and themselves so they join up. Experience and past success handling rejections and excuses like "cant afford it", "ill ask my partner first" etc is also essential. Experience selling in the fitness industry is preferred, but we are happy to educate and develop a candidate with the right soft skills.
Payment is purely commission based and further incentives for high sales success rates. Pay rate below is for successul sale only. A sales call if done effectively should take 30 to 45mins.
The successful candidate will have good availability through the week, but it will be ok if they conduct other non-competing roles too as leads are still building up each week.
