My IG was removed at 70k need to regain following

It feels like my back up account is shadow banned, even though it says it's Not. My posts have been controversial with IG, but if anything was removed they always returned the post within a few hours i guess as its more art based. I mostly want to find my previous followers again and see how to post with full views.
