I need a book marketer

I have four books published with Joffe Books. They are great publishers. The books are on Kindle. The first three have done well but the fourth is disappointing which doesn't make sense as hundreds of people have bought the first three and this one is not very different. I don't do social media but have got some materials for marketing, and don't really know what to do wit them.
