I need a Facebook and Instagram Ads expert

I am launching in a couple of months a newly patented design tool for musicians. I can provide most of the material for content, like pictures, videos and copy, but need someone who knows the ropes and can make the campaigns work. We are starting from zero, but we expect a very wide diffusion of this article, called "PocketNotes".
