I'm looking for a business partner for my film and tv production company -- 2

I'm looking for a permenant business partner to join my soon-to-be film and tv production company. My ideal partner would be someone who knows the ins and outs of the entertainment industry and is well-verse with finances. Although I don't have a specific plan of services already outlined, I do have an idea of the type of work I'm looking for. Specifically, I'm hoping to find someone who can help me develop business strategies that can help facilitate our growth as a production company and creating partnerships. Additionally, any advice and support we could receive from our partner would be invaluable. Ideally, this individual will also have access to certain networks that could aid us in realizing our goals. My goal is to turn this company into the most innovative, forward thinking and biggest production company in the world and in order to do that I need all the help I can get from someone with a lot more experience that I do.
