We are a community of open-minded friends who love talking about contemporary topics through chats and live events: a peaceful place for smart people to have fun, enjoy a nice community, and build genuine friendships. We specialize in classy, elegant entertainment.

- We operate on Discord: one of the largest communication platforms in the world.

YOUR POSITION
As a Streamer, you will be streaming your own personal live Events on our Discord Server, according to a schedule of your choice. The Events we host are loosely similar to TED Talks, lasting about 30 to 45 minutes each. Events will be chat-only, audio-only, or audio-video, with the level of moderation and limits on interactivity that you prefer (a sideline text chat will always be active and strongly moderated).
YOUR COMPENSATION
Your compensation will be consistent with the type of Events you stream and might increase if your Events sell out and become popular among our customers. When our business is up and running, we estimate you will be able to make up to 150 USD per Event or more, depending on your popularity and the type of Events. There is no limit on the number of Events you can stream as long as, of course, there are customers buying tickets for them.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidate:
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must have a lively and fun personality.
- Must have good conversational skills and be self-confident.
- Must be able to handle occasional moderation issues without dramas.
- Must have a reliable computer / tablet / smartphone with a good camera.
- Must have a stable, streaming-capable internet connection.
- Must have a quiet and clear environment where to stream from.
- Integrity, reliability, punctuality, and availability are an absolute must!
Previous experience in streaming events / engaging audiences is a major plus.
Self-promotion skills on Social Networks and the Internet are a major plus.
Familiarity with Discord and good general computer literacy is also a plus.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Streamer:
- Must be available to stream on our Discord Server at least 6 Events/week; at least 3 Events/week during high-audience times in USA.
- Must be available to spend time in the text chat lounges of our Discord Server on a daily basis, in her own interest.
- Must be easily contactable at all times.
