Software for help on Social Recovery/Backup

I'm searching for someone that know better social architecture or social API, that can help me to recover contents on my best social. All contents are still stuck in a smartphone that was took by bad person (i can't write different or Freel. seems block the post?), if it can be possible to recover.

So i need someone that can help me to solve it, so i can recover picture and maybe messages that will be lost forever otherwise :(
