We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team on a freelance basis.
Our company is a new online tutoring platform providing tutoring to students in the UK and around the world studying the UK curriculum.
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy in order to increase our online presence, grow our follower base and improve recruitment. You will be managing our company's online presence across a range of platforms including but not limited to; Facebook, Instagram, TickTok, LinkedIn..
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, implement and manage our social media strategy using our pre-existing branding guidelines, aiming to post 2-3 times a week.
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
Work with director to ensure content is informative and appealing
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Promptly and professionally respond to messages and comments on our social channels, providing assistance and information to users.
Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, adapting strategies based on outcomes.
Maintain brand consistency across all social channels, ensuring tone, style, and messaging align with company vision.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Social Media Manager or similar roles.
In-depth understanding of current trends in social media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
