Social Network Management and Digital Marketing for a New Facebook Group

We have created a new Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/reliablymepeeraccountability) and would like to get 100 people to join and start engaging by the end of December. Our digital marketing freelancer will be responsible for strategizing, planning, segmenting/targeting audiences, creating content, communicating via optimal channels (organic and advertising), and engaging individually with prospects.
