Social Media experience required

I wrote a non fiction book. I have not published it yet. I would like to have the title of my book as well as the pen name to be available on the top social media outlets. I understand that the top social media at present are: Facebook, YouTube, Whatsapp, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn. I would like the above social media sites to have one thread with the title of my book. And a separate thread with the pen name I used as the author of my book.
