Let the agents know they should be sending you raw content in the form of videos, so you can drop this into their shared drives under google drive.
Time Management
Draw up a schedule for the marketing department that we are going to adhere by. This way agents & admin know the days the items will be completed. Please get me this schedule, ie. What days are we gonna do:
