Social Media Talent Sourcer Needed

We’re looking for a Social Recruiter / Talent Sourcer who can help us find skilled candidates that match our team’s hiring needs.
Your main goal is to search, connect, and introduce qualified people to our team using any social platforms or networking methods you prefer — LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook groups, Reddit, job boards, or your own creative channels.

Your Responsibilities

Find and reach out to potential candidates based on our given requirements (tech, design, marketing, etc.).

Introduce and coordinate initial communication between candidates and our team.

Use any social platform or outreach method to source talent (no restriction).

Keep basic records of candidates contacted and responses received.

Suggest creative ways to expand our candidate network.

Requirements

Experience with recruiting, sourcing, or HR outreach (formal or informal).

Excellent communication and social-networking skills.

Fluent in English.

Self-driven, organized, and good at research.

Compensation

Commission-based or fixed payment per successful candidate introduced.

Bonus for consistent sourcing performance and quality introductions.
