Signing Models To Our Agency (Commission ladder)

We are looking for an experienced freelancer to help us recruit models for our agency. Our commissioning ladder is performance-based and we are open to negotiating a retainer fee. We may also provide other related services besides the commission that we agree upon. The freelancer hired for this project will be responsible for leading our contract and recruitment process and assisting marketing and networking initiatives to meet our company's goals. The ideal freelance will have prior experience in the modeling industry, an eye for talent, and confidence in closing deals.
