I am looking for a Romanian English Bi Lingua Recruiter to assist in the recruitment process for our modelling industry.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluency in both Romanian and English is essential
- Networking skills
Responsibilities:
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
- Assisting in the selection process for 1-5 positions
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in recruitment is not needed and Full training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
