Promoting leadership qualities among aspiring managers, leaders, and management students
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
I am seeking a freelancer with a genuine enthusiasm for lifelong learning, personal growth, and influencing others. You have an opportunity to work with a social sector senior leader for the long term in promoting authentic and transformational leadership. You are expected to contribute to a crucial project that deals with leadership development. I am looking for a person who can place learning above earning, which ultimately results in more and more of both. The project specifically focuses on the following:
- Your role is to reach out to aspiring managers, and leaders in government, NGOs, and corporations to support them in their leadership development using multiple strategies - a newly published book, articles, one-on-one coaching, and other innovative ideas.
- Enhancing leadership knowledge and skills using the above strategies.
- A major strategy to promote leadership is by promoting a newly published book on social media and creating online communities of interested members.
- An understanding of how the social sector works to eradicate poverty and promote innovative ideas.
Skills and experience ideally needed for this job include:
- Proven experience in leadership training
- An entrepreneurial mindset (and not a job seeker's mindset)
- A long-term perspective on promoting leadership in poverty eradication
- Initiative taker and innovative, change-oriented
- Someone who walks extra miles to get the best done
- Demonstrated ability to teach and inspire managers, students, and aspiring leaders
- Experience in creating and conducting interactive learning sessions
- Strong understanding of communication strategies
