Negotiations: Negotiate fair and competitive terms for designer partnerships, including commission percentages, exclusive offerings, and other relevant terms. Collaborate with our team to create win-win agreements.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with bridal wear trends, fashion exhibitions, and events. Identify potential designers and emerging trends to enhance the platform's offerings.
Order Fulfillment: Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient order processing and delivery. Coordinate with designers to fulfill orders promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Customer Interaction: Collaborate with our customer support team to address any inquiries or issues related to designer products and order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, preferably within the fashion or bridal wear industry.
A strong network of contacts in the fashion world, particularly bridal wear designers and creators.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster relationships with designers and partners.
Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplace dynamics.
Ability to work independently and remotely while effectively collaborating with a cross-functional team.
