ChillyHouse is an entertainment startup based on Discord; we are a community of open-minded friends who love talking about contemporary topics through chats and live events.

YOUR POSITION
As a Talent Scout, you will hunt for, prescreen, and provide quality candidates for various positions within our company. We will need to hire employees in multiple batches of 50, with similar requisites but of different native tongues: first English, then Spanish, German, French, and many more.
(You do NOT need to speak any other language but English to apply for the Talent Scout position!)
YOUR COMPENSATION
As a Talent Scout, you will be compensated for each candidate we hire; your remuneration will be within market standards for the task.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal Talent Scout:
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must always be readily contactable and available.
- Must have presence and connections on all mainstream social media.
- Must have knowledge and skills on social networking, forums, blogs, and internet.
(Fluency in European languages beside English is NOT required but it is a plus.)
