Monetising without fake subscribers and likes -- 2

We are a religious NGO in Germany our activities are in persian and Arabic languages, we upload few videos every day, at the moment we have uploaded nearly 900 videos. we have got our youtube chanell with about 600 true subscribers , facebook with over 1500 real followers and Instagram with over1600 real followers we want to promote all our 3 NGO chanells by social media without fake subscribers to a high monetization level, we want to double or triple number of our subscribers, increase watch time on our you tube chanel to 6000 effective hours, we want to have lots of views and lots of positive comments on all 3 social media sites, our videos are the only sourse of our income.
We need some experianced person in increasing our suscribers and watch time with youtube, to do facebook marketing and Instagram advertising. We have to to be able to promote our chanells in a way that we could quickly increase the watchtime and subscribers to the level said above oh higher.
