Monetising with organic viewers and real subscribers and likes not for fake ingagements. -- 2

We are a religious NGO in Germany our activities are in persian and Arabic languages, we upload few videos every day, at the moment we have uploaded nearly 900 videos. we are uploading videos at our youtube,
facebook, Instagram and tiktok chanells. we want to promote all our chanells by social media without fake subscribers followers to a very high monetization level. We want to heir some one who could promote our Media channels to attract lots of people who would follow our chanells and build up a community with organic social engagement in order to get lots of attention and posetive comments from real organic sources without fake users. We would like to heir some one to work for us on long term bases for 200$ or 180€ every month, funds will be released at the end of every month. The continuatio of the project would depend on the success of the freelancer which will be discussed and agreed upon.
