Your Role
We’re looking for a social media manager to join the marketing team. The right candidate for this role is up-to-date on social media trends + digital marketing and has a passion for creative communication. Primary responsibility for this role is developing and executing our social media strategy - creating social content that connects and engages our audience. You will be joining a small but mighty team that supports full-funnel marketing by creating an engaging and unique social media presence.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
Manage the social media content calendar and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned.
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
Create actionable plans to both grow follower count and increase engagement through social media platforms: Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Ensure progress on all platforms by establishing a performance dashboard and using analytical tools Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of social media management experience.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, YouTube, and other social media best practices.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Attention to detail.
Compassionate and committed teammate.
Resourceful, creative, and organized, with a strong ability to prioritize.
