Instagram Promotions -- 2

I run a small business for which I promote or boost my instagram posts to get recurring business. Suddenly my spending limit is over using prepaid method and now I can’t reset the spending limit. Added new payment methods that are verified and primary too still I’m prompted to make it default which shows app update error and then I can’t boost post. Boosting via Meta business manager app shows Instagram Media ID error. Need help with these errors that keep popping up at every step.
