I currently run the digital marketing desk for our brand and need an experienced hand to push our Social Media Marketing further, with a tight focus on Instagram and Facebook. Strategy, creative, ads and analytics all live on my plate right now, so I’m looking for someone who has already turned those two platforms into real business results for other clients.
What I need from you
Take the ideas and assets I supply, shape them into on-brand visuals and copy, schedule through Meta Business Suite, manage paid promotions if they make sense, then track and explain the numbers so we can iterate quickly. Canva, Adobe or similar design tools are fine—what matters is that your work stops thumbs and drives engagement.
When you apply, skip the boilerplate and lead with solid experience: accounts you managed, growth you delivered, campaigns that converted. If you’ve scaled an Instagram-Facebook duo before, show me the before-and-after or the analytics screenshots.
I’m hands-on and happy to collaborate, but I need you to own the day-to-day execution and reporting. Let’s create content, run ads, learn from the data, and keep the momentum rolling.
