Help me grow an Instagram Account

Hello, I am a fitness trainer based in the UAE and starting a new Instagram page. I would like assistance in growing the page with good users by using tools, softwares and tricks in order to target quality users from competitors for example. I will be running standard adds and targeting customers but I'm looking for an innovative person to help me grow from other methods.
