Help connecting to Meta APIs for Instagram

I need help (handholding) integrating with the Meta APIs. I have had trouble getting connecting to them and getting started for a Business Account and other accounts I administer.
Specifically need to bring data from several instagram accounts that I administer (likes, followers, etc) and I need to post content from the instagram accounts to a website.
After connecting to the APIs I can write code to use the information but there could be some coding help needed.
