Heart Healing Studio: Helping You Untangle Emotional Knots
Budget: $30 – $31 USD
Project Introduction: "Heart Healing Companion Program"
1. Project Name
"Heart Healing Companion Program" - A Lightweight Psychological Counseling Service Project
2. Core Project Objective
Targeting individuals who have emotional troubles (such as anxiety, stress, and psychological discomfort caused by interpersonal conflicts) but have not yet reached the level of clinical mental illness. Through one-on-one communication and companionship, it helps them sort out emotions, relieve psychological pressure, find a preliminary direction to deal with "emotional problems", and rebuild inner comfort.
3. Core Service Content
Preliminary Communication and Assessment (30 minutes)
Focus on patient listening and guidance. Use communication and coordination skills to quickly understand the user's emotional state and core troubles (such as "insomnia caused by work pressure" or "anxiety caused by family communication conflicts"), and clarify the user's psychological needs.
Personalized Guidance and Companion (1-3 sessions, 45 minutes each)
Combine quick learning ability to match suitable communication and guidance methods according to different types of user troubles (such as workplace pressure, intimate relationships, and self-identity issues). During the process, use problem-solving skills to help users break down their troubles (for example, "break down the thought of 'feeling useless' into specific events") and gradually relieve negative emotions.
Follow-up Support and Suggestions (1 session, 20 minutes)
After the communication, provide users with simple and actionable suggestions for emotional regulation (such as "daily emotional recording method" and "stress relief tips") to help them continuously maintain their psychological state in life and avoid the recurrence of troubles.
4. Project Highlights (Matching Your Strengths)
Friendly Communication: Adopt a gentle and non-judgmental communication method throughout the process to avoid putting pressure on users to "be lectured", and build trust with your communication and coordination skills.
Flexible Adaptation: Do not rely on fixed templates. Instead, adjust the guidance ideas through quick learning ability and provide companionship more in line with individual needs according to the personality and trouble characteristics of different users.
Problem-Solving Focus: Do not get stuck in complex theories. Instead, focus on problem-solving skills to help users focus on "what can be done now to relieve troubles" and pay attention to the actual effect of emotional improvement.
