Google Ad and LinkedIn Campaign review

I want to review my Google Ad campaign results report with an experienced operator, to determine how to improve my results. I want to consider a very targeted Campaign on Linkedin. My target is Psychiatrists in private clinics, very selective. Not looking for thousands of individuals, no more than 2,000.
