Facebook-Instagram Account Linking -- 2

We have a business Facebook Page with major issues
1/ It will not let us authorize 2 factor authorization
2/ Cannot access business manager (not letting us)
3/ Have had 3 experts look at it and cannot fix
4/ facebook support does not want to help because the business page is linked to the personal account
5/ Need it fixed urgently so we connect instagram to facebook (we can connect facebook to instagram)
6/ Reason we want this is because then when we post on facebook it will automatically go to our instagram account
Do not think this is a easy task!- You must be very good to be able to sort this!!!
