Enrolling Subscribers for my Substack Newsletter - For Indians Only

I produce a weekly newsletter on Substack - shantanudutta.substack.com which has essays and commentaries on Indian current affairs and social conditions. I am looking to enroll 100 subscribers for my newsletter. Subscribers need to be Indians or have an Indian connection as it may not be of relevance to others. I am looking for subscribers who will engage with the writing, comment on them, raise questions, in other words, be active readers. I am not looking at huge numbers , but a steady and niche growth.
