Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

We are seeking an experienced LinkedIn marketing and engagement specialist to help promote the launch of a new B2B business book aimed at CEOs, Presidents, CFOs, and Business Owners—primarily in the manufacturing, industrial, and private equity sectors.
The book, “17 Powerful Rules That Will Save, Sustain, and Scale Your Business,” was written by a Chicago-based consultant with 50+ years of experience turning around mid-market companies. Our goal is to reach decision-makers at small to mid-sized manufacturing firms ($15M–$300M), turnaround consultants, and private capital professionals.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
• Identifying and joining relevant LinkedIn Groups (manufacturing, operations, industrial leadership, etc.)
• Creating and managing weekly content posts (2–3 per week) including:
o Short insights from the book (we’ll provide these)
o Author quotes, excerpts, and rules explained in digestible formats
o Light promotional messages tied to real business challenges
• Actively engaging with group members and target audience via comments and thoughtful participation
• Optimizing the author's LinkedIn profile for credibility and authority
• Building relationships that lead to podcast invites, workshop opportunities, speaking engagements, or article placements
• Suggesting LinkedIn ads strategy (optional, bonus if experienced)
Ideal Candidate Has:
• Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and content marketing, especially in B2B or industrial markets
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Understanding of B2B sales cycles, manufacturing operations, or consulting
• Ability to write and think strategically for a C-suite audience
• Portfolio or examples of past LinkedIn campaigns or group engagement
Project Scope & Duration:
• Initial contract for 4–6 weeks, with strong potential to extend if results are delivered
• Estimated 5–10 hours/week depending on output and results
• We are open to fixed-price or hourly proposals
To Apply, Please Include:
1. A short intro about your LinkedIn marketing experience (especially B2B)
2. Links to any LinkedIn pages, campaigns, or client work you've managed
3. Any experience working with authors, consultants, or professional service firms
4. Your hourly rate or proposal for a flat weekly fee

We’re looking for a professional who knows how to build real engagement—not just vanity metrics. If you’ve helped authors, consultants, or executive brands reach business decision-makers on LinkedIn, we want to talk to you.
