Social Media content creator

I am looking for someone who is going to help me with our social media channels.
1- We have Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin.
2- We would like to have 3 posts per week (Creative + copy with a few sentences). We are going to use the same content, but posting in different days.
3- The person needs to be comfortable with topics about AI, Data Science and IT.
4- You can share this job between a designer and a copywriter. It's ok using Canva following our "brand guide"
5- I will have a meeting with you to give ideas for the content planning. You can create the topics for each post from our meeting.
6- Please, send portfolio explaining what you can do and how much would be a monthly plan for that
