workshop coordinator to set up and sell workshops

I’m looking to set up and sell workshops focusing on creative arts. My target audience is open but I am mostly seeking students and professionals interested in animation character design. The desired outcome of the workshop would be to acquire a new skill in animation design. I’m looking for a workshop coordinator to help me set up and manage these workshops, from start to finish. The workshop coordinator would need to have experience in planning out the logistics including but not limited to scheduling, marketing, and event coordination. They should be able to provide insight on the best way to engage participants to make sure the workshops are a success. I am a well known artists with over 250,000 followers on my social media platforms. I have done many workshops before, but need someone to help create and set up worldwide. You do not need to attend the workshops as much as arrange them. I am willing to discuss profit sharing from the money made from each workshop.
