solve the problem in snap chat : "Your ad or account is in violation of Snap policy"

Hello ,
I have an issue with snapchat , any ad i make got rejected within 5s ,
WE tried many diffrenet ads some of them were very noraml even but got same issue
"• Your ad or account is in violation of Snap policy. Please see our Advertising Policies, Community Guidelines, Snap Ad Specifications and Creative Guidelines for more information."
After the all of my ads in the account in all campgian is aproved .
And the campaigns have been running super cool.
Suddenly, we found that all campaigns were stopped and all ads were rejected.!!
Knowing that we work 100% legally in GENERAL Contracting Company ads and follow all the Snap Advertising Policies.
Now even if i make new account and confirm new ad it will get same issue even with vpn
And we spoke to the support more than once in the chat, and for you one time, they closed the page !!
without returning to us or even responding.
How is this to happen in an advertising platform, all we want is the appropriate information and support.
I opened a ticket with support and nobody is answering us
