social media marketing expert

i am wanting to link my website to social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, twitter etc. i need someone who can help me set up all social media accounts and link them all to my website, i also need advise on the best way to do regular promotions in the aim of driving traffic back to my website to try and close SALES.
