social media marketing

I'm looking for a social media expert to help me increase engagement across all of my social media platforms. Currently, I'm leveraging Instagram & youtube the most, but I'm looking to expand my reach on Facebook and Twitter as well. My intended goal is to increase engagement across all of these outlets, with the intention of brand awareness and driving more website traffic for my business. My target audience is broad; I want to reach all age groups so no one is left out. The ideal freelancer for this project should be experienced in social media marketing and also have a comprehensive understanding of how to reach various demographic groups across different platforms.
