social media marketing

I am looking for someone to work for me on a fixed hourly rate. this will require appox 4 hrs per week and will be ongoing until further notice.

i am a brand new shopify business, i require someone who can perform and achieve results but also someone who is creative and doesnt ask me to provide further information after explaining the task. im looking for someone that are able to post and manage facebook adds and other social media, that are able to post targeted adds and achieve results!

this person will also be required to manage google addwords and targeted shopping campains, check and analize/ edit seo's and complete email marketing is required also.
