private label spirit brand

I am looking to create a private label Aquavit spirit brand. I am initially expecting a small scale production with the plan to ramp up scale in the future. I have a specific target market in mind but want to better define that market, as well as find ways to reach out to them through direct-to-consumer sales, primarily via social media.
