podcasting, digital and social media marketing

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with my podcasting, digital, and social media marketing project. The goal of this project is to increase brand awareness.
The project is to do a podcast on healthcare and for education. One focus is on the power of Medical Imaging and then to speak to my network of specialist doctors in their specialities to speak about them as individuals and also about their practice and why it's relevant to patients.
Platforms that I plan to use for marketing include Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and LinkedIn.
My target audience for this project is individuals aged 23-60.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of podcasting platforms and techniques
- Experience in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
- Ability to analyze and track social media metrics to measure the success of the marketing campaign
- Strong communication and writing skills to engage with the target audience effectively
