I need someone to set up and administer my Instagram account

Doing a major performance in February, and I need to publicize it. Many people have suggested I put together an Instagram account of which I have no knowledge. Seeking someone to do that for me, and to update it regularly.
This may lead to additional work at higher fees if the person provides me with workable suggestions on how to better publicize these performances
