I need a social media manager set-up

I have two businesses and don't use any king of social media. I know I have too, but never seem to get to get the time todo it. I need someone to open the Facebooks, Pintrest, Instagrams etc. Nothing complicated, just information and pictures My businesses are as a wedding celebrant and the second as a seller of bridal belts to the wedding industry. I'm seeing it as an initial set up and possibly ongoing management.
