We need a social media engagement expert to get accounts rolling

We are looking for a person who knows all the social media tricks to help us get our accounts engaged with relevant people on Instagram and TikTok. We have video editors, graphic designers and other creatives to make the content, but we need help on: - Guiding the best strategy - Building out our followers - Offering insights on making edits better and more engaging - Reply to comments with responses - Scout around other accounts for engagement If the person knows about or likes horse racing and/or sports, this would be very helpful!
