I need a podcast marketing specialist

I create podcasts and need help to market them (not to create them) this may include creating images and short clips to help promote the episode before release, and several times after release.
the podcasts are available on all platforms but also on my main page: www.mindfulnews.uk

I release one episode a week, and would need help with the promotion for each episode, so i am anticipating a few hours each week

I have excellent guests but very few people will hear it as my marketing is almost non-existant. I need an expert to not only guide me but to actually manage my social media platfrom and help to add my content in relevant groups, with the best hashtags etc. let me know if you have someone in mind to help
